Our chefs hand select the very best ingredients at peak seasonality - from the land, sea and garden. Inspired by the view of the city, Peak works directly with local suppliers, sourcing fresh, high-quality seafood, meats and produce from as far as the eye can see.
Lounge hours mirror restaurant hours. While we are not taking reservations for the lounge, if capacity allows, we may be able to accommodate walk in guests, at a first come first served basis.
