Peak with Priceless’ seasonal modern American menu is inspired by Chef Rose Noel’s long-standing relationships with local fishermen, farmers, and purveyors, as well as a commitment to sustainability. With a focus on the purity of ingredients and influenced by the diverse cuisines of New York City, the menu offers a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, ensuring a delightful experience for all guests.
