Hudson Yards is located between 10th and 12th Avenues from West 30th to West 34th Streets.
Please direct guests to enter the Shops via Hudson Boulevard at The Public Square and Gardens opposite Vessel.

Arrival
ENTRANCE
Guest will check in at Peak Lounge located on the 5th floor of the Shops at Hudson Yards, accessible via first-floor elevators adjacent to Cartier.
Here, our team will greet guests, offer coat check services, and direct them to the express elevators to the 101st floor.
SIGNAGE
While stationary signage is not allowed within public areas, your team is welcome to place staff members at key locations. For additional visibility, we suggest hand held signage.
REGISTRATION
We strongly suggest having a member of your team positioned at Peak Lounge for arrivals. On the fifth floor, you may use our four high cocktail tables for registration. Should you require more space, will be happy to provide an area within your private event space for a full registration set up.
ELEVATOR
Express elevators will be dedicated to your event guests for 30 minutes, starting 10 minutes before event start time. Path is shared with restaurant patrons, who will represent a very small portion of traffic as we scatter reservations, and avoid event arrival time. For full buy outs, we have the capability of customizing elevator content. Your event producer will be happy to review options and associated costs.
